VeriFacturas for companies and SMEs

Your company has until 1 January 2027. Not 1 July.

Royal Decree-law 15/2025 sets 1 January 2027 for companies subject to Corporate Income Tax — six months ahead of the autónomo deadline. Without a compliant SIF, the fine can reach €50,000 per year.

Quedan 224 días para el 1 de enero de 2027 · deadline VeriFactu para sociedades.

Without VeriFactu: fine up to €50,000/year for your company (RD 1007/2023 · Ley 58/2003).

No credit card · Pyme €29/month · Negocio €79/month · Spanish-language support

The most important exemption

Already on SII? You probably don't need VeriFactu.

The SII (Suministro Inmediato de Información) applies to companies with annual operations exceeding €6,010,121.04, VAT groups, REDEME members, and voluntary enrollees. If you already file VAT through SII, Royal Decree 1007/2023 exempts you from VeriFactu.

For the vast majority of SMEs: if you file VAT quarterly, you are obligated. If you are unsure whether you are on SII, you almost certainly are not — and therefore VeriFactu applies to you from 1 January 2027.

Compliance

Built on the VeriFactu Regulation.

Compliant with Royal Decree 1007/2023 and Order HAC/1177/2024. SHA-256 hash chain, verifiable QR and real-time SOAP submission. Tested against the AEAT production environment.

Team and processes

Multi-user for your team.

Pyme plan: up to 3 users. Negocio plan: unlimited users. Roles: Administrator, Accounting, Operations. Audit log per action.

No surprises

€29/month or €79/month, flat rate.

No per-invoice fee, no volume cap. Pyme €29/month (up to 3 users) · Negocio €79/month (unlimited users). Same price whether you issue 50 or 5,000 invoices per month.

What's included

Regulation-compliant — no technical jargon.

Every feature maps to a specific regulation article. We don't say '100% compatible' — we tell you exactly what we comply with and where.

RD 1007/2023, Art. 8

SHA-256 Hash Chain

Each invoice is cryptographically chained to the previous one. Impossible to alter a past invoice without breaking the entire chain.

Order HAC/1177/2024

AEAT-verifiable QR code

Each invoice carries a QR code your client can scan to verify it directly on the AEAT electronic office.

VERI*FACTU mode

Real-time SOAP submission

AEAT receives the record at the moment of issue. If their service goes down, we retry automatically.

Documented receipts

Tested against AEAT production

Connected to the real AEAT production environment, not a sandbox. Documented acknowledgements available before you pay.

Built for companies

Your team, one system.

Multi-user accounts with roles

Pyme plan: up to 3 users. Negocio plan: unlimited users. Access roles: Administrator, Accounting and Operations. Every action is logged in the audit trail.

AI extraction of supplier invoices

AI reads the PDF invoices you receive from suppliers and converts them into structured records. Available on the Negocio plan; on request for Pyme. Reduces manual data entry for accounts payable.

Accounting integrations

Client database import via CSV from day one. Connections with Holded, Sage and A3 planned for Q3 2026.

Why it matters

Three invoices. One chain. Impossible to forge.

Each invoice carries its SHA-256 fingerprint and the fingerprint of the previous one. Alter a single invoice and the entire chain breaks — the AEAT detects it instantly. That is how VeriFactu makes invoice fraud technically impossible.

Frequently asked questions

What accounting teams ask most.

Is my company obligated to VeriFactu if we already file VAT quarterly?+

Yes. If you are not on SII and you issue invoices with software, your company must use a SIF compliant with Royal Decree 1007/2023 (Art. 3). Quarterly VAT filing does not exempt you from VeriFactu — they are two independent obligations. The only relevant exemption is SII for companies with annual operations exceeding €6,010,121.04 (Royal Decree 1007/2023).

If I run a single-shareholder S.L., does the autónomo or the company deadline apply?+

The company deadline: 1 January 2027. The obligation is determined by the legal form of the taxpayer, not by the number of shareholders. A single-shareholder S.L. is an entity subject to Corporate Income Tax. Source: Royal Decree-law 15/2025.

Can we keep using Holded, Quipu or Factusol when VeriFactu comes into force?+

Only if they have adapted their software to be a SIF compliant with Royal Decree 1007/2023 and Order HAC/1177/2024. Ask your provider for the responsible declaration provided for in Art. 13 of RD 1007/2023. If they cannot provide it, seek alternatives before 1 January 2027.

What happens if our accounting software does not comply by 1 January 2027?+

Your company faces a fine of up to €50,000 per year for using a non-compliant system (RD 1007/2023 · Ley 58/2003). Additionally, the non-compliant software developer faces fines of up to €150,000 per year. This is the regulation in force since Royal Decree-law 15/2025.

Do we need a separate digital certificate for VeriFactu?+

If your company already holds a legal representative certificate (FNMT or equivalent) for AEAT submissions, that same certificate works for VeriFactu. If you do not have one, your gestor or advisor can obtain it in 2–3 working days.
